Screenused Jason Voorhees animatronic puppet and bloody shirt from Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter.

I wanted to conserve this piece as much as possible without taking away from what was already existing.

A neck had to be created as it's head was only hanging on by a small piece of "skin."
The large split on the forehead was lifted and restored to prevent further tearing. 
Missing teeth and bottom lip were hand sculpted. 
Patched and restored areas were color matched and detailed.
